1. Acceptance of Terms & Algorithmic Delivery
By accessing the QilanX terminal (qilanx.com), subscribing to our membership tiers, or integrating our automated Telegram Agent (@QilanX_bot), you explicitly agree to be bound by these legal Terms of Service.
Our premium quantitative signals, telemetry dashboards, and market alpha matrix are delivered instantly via non-tangible, decentralized digital networks. Upon activation, the proprietary algorithms and information nodes are immediately rendered and consumed.
2. Strict No-Refund & Final Sale Policy
Due to the inherent high-value, dynamic, and volatile nature of real-time trading alpha and quantitative intelligence, all membership purchases—including but not limited to monthly subscriptions and the 198U Lifetime Buyout tier—are strictly final, static, and completely non-refundable.
Once capital access is provisioned or blockchain transaction confirmation is complete, no refund requests, order reversals, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
3. On-Chain Transaction Finality
For users utilizing cryptographic payment gateways (USDT, USDC, BTC, etc.), you acknowledge that digital asset transfers operate on immutable ledger protocols.
QilanX is not responsible for wrong-address asset routing, network congestion, or gas fee variances. A transaction is only deemed successful when verified on-chain, at which point premium access is synchronized permanently with your Telegram ID.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Restrictions
All analytical frameworks, proprietary indicators, and neural engine outputs broadcasted via our web dashboard or private Telegram syndicate are the exclusive intellectual property of QilanX.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, scraping bots, or API mirrors to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our premium intelligence to external third-party channels.
Any breach of this data quarantine will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Telegram access keys without notice or compensation.
